TeleMed2U is a virtual speciality care provider focused on transforming how care, especially related to chronic condition management, is delivered across health plans, health systems, and care delivery networks.
Since 2011, we have worked to remove traditional barriers to specialty care, addressing provider shortages in rural and other areas with geographic limitations, reducing long wait times, and simplifying complex referral pathways. Today, we deliver coordinated access to 20 medical and behavioral health specialities through a national network.
